Play with Me Biology (St. Therese Session D 1:00pm) Prek-K, *$100/Semester

This is a fun and playful introduction to Biology for littles. Each week we’ll explore a basic concept

of Biology with a game, activity, or hands on project. We’ll focus on learning some new big words

like photosynthesis and metamorphosis.

Required materials: there are no required materials for this class, but as needed throughout the

year, the teacher may request minor household items, recycling objects (jars with lids and holes

punched through,) or a food item to bring into class.

Homework: Homework is not required, but there will be a reading list and topics “syllabus”

provided to support our learning in the classroom at home if you like. Additionally, nature studies

are an invaluable gift to your children and fit hand in glove with this study.

** All classes require online family registration and enrollment. Year-long classes carry a $50 yearly enrollment fee. This enrolls your student in the class for the entire year. There is no need to re-enroll for 2nd semester. The cost of the class is due no later than the first day of each semester in an envelope labeled with your student's name & the class name with cash or a check made out to the teacher. Registration and Enrollment Fees are non-refundable.
