Private Piano Lessons (Sunny 9:00 AM) $240*

Emily Shambach is offering 30 minute piano lessons for $240 for lessons per semester.

*This class is not eligible for co-op discounts.

This class is 9am-9:30am.

Class is for 1st-12th grades.

Beginners- 

Using Alfred's Premier Piano Course Lesson Book 1A, Performance Book 1A, and Theory Book 1A, beginner students will be gently led through basic beginning music instruction using a step by step approach to learning. Students will begin learning how to sit at a piano and the secret to a good hand position. By the end of the first book, students will be playing simple songs on the grand staff. All songs are accompanied with a fun duet which can be played by the teacher and student after the student masters a song. One on one instruction will allow the student to ask questions and learn at their own pace.

Older Beginners - Students will use the Alfred's Basic Piano Library Complete Level 1 for the Later Beginner as well as the Theory Book to go along with it. These books follow the same step by step approach to learning music while allowing an older beginner to advance a bit more quickly than a younger beginner.

** All classes require online family registration and enrollment. Year-long classes carry a $50 yearly enrollment fee. This enrolls your student in the class for the entire year. There is no need to re-enroll for 2nd semester. The cost listed in the title of the class is per semester and is due no later than the first day of each semester in an envelope labeled with your student's name & the class name with cash or a check made out to the teacher. Registration and Enrollment Fees are non-refundable.
