Crafts, activities, discussion, games, worksheets & play are typical classroom activities in our literature class. Elementary classes are not graded, but fun and interactive learning. In our Jr. High classes, we strive to introduce your students to some of the skills of analysis they’ll need in the upcoming high school years.
We will dive into the world of historical fiction, historical characters, and saints. Each week, we explore a new book that brings history to life, focusing on the Medieval era and complementing our Jr. High History class. Students will not only enjoy captivating stories but also develop beginning skills in literary analysis through guided discussions.
In addition to enriching their understanding of history and literature, students will participate in hands-on crafts and activities related to the book of the week, immersing them in learning fun. Young readers deepen their appreciation of literature AND connect with historical themes. It's interactive. It's enjoyable.
