Jr. High Literature: Stories of the Ancients
Jr. High (5th-8th grades) Literature: Stories of the Ancients
The lesson plans for this class are available for those outside Life Adventures for $25 from our in house author. These have worked great in our co-ops. Here's a look at what those classes look like. Contact us and tell us which lesson plans you're interested in and we'll connect you with the author.
Games, role play, crafts, activities, discussion & play are typical classroom activities in our literature class. All our elementary classes (1st-8th grade) are not graded, but fun and interactive learning. In our Jr. High classes, we strive to introduce your students to some of the skills of analysis they’ll need in the upcoming high school years.
Let’s explore the Ancient Greeks and the Ancient Romans, through their stories, their clothes, their food through crafts and games. We’ll travel through time, have a blast in the past and answer all the questions your kids might ask. It's 24 weeks of fun in literature!
For our final week, everyone brings an “Ancient Roman” dish to share for our Roman Feast!
Elementary classes are not graded, but fun and interactive learning.
